Bow of Strength Necklace Featured in Yes

Are you counting down to the Super Bowl yet? we are, even at yes. Football and fashion really do have something in common. We'll be covering fashion events -- yes, there will be runway shows
and other parties -- leading up to the Feb. 3
game in Glendale But this week, the necklace (above) is an accessory worth talking about.

Inspired by all the Super Bowl activities, Oliver Smith Jeweler created the diamond necklace, called the Bow of Strength, to give as an award to women who have made a difference in their communities. The bow symbolizes the woman as the strength that ties the family together and supports the community. This year's recipients are Holly Robinson Peete (the HollyRod Foundation), Lonnie Ali (the Muhammad Ali Foundation)
and Shonda Schilling (the Shade Foundation).
The necklace is a gift for them to keep or to use for their foundations and will be given to them at different events.
