This 18 karat yellow gold ring features a petite wire band with a center Hamsa outline made of diamond pavé totaling 0.12 carats of G/H color and SI clarity. The center of the hand is formed of a circle of pavé set round blue sapphires totaling 0.08 carats, with blue enamel and a single bezel set black diamond totaling 0.01 carats in the center.
