Oliver Smith Jeweler Signature Pre-Owned Timepieces come with a 2-year warranty covering internal mechanism defects. Warranty service is performed by our manufacturer authorized in-house master watchmaker or at a manufacturer authorized service center. The Oliver Smith Jeweler Signature Pre-Owned Timepiece Warranty does not cover external parts, shock, water damage, damage due to abuse or other normal wear and tear.

The warranty card will also confirm that the watch has been authenticated, the timing has been checked, the watch cleaned, and if the timepiece has been polished.
