PAUL RIGGS

Our Boutique Director Paul has been passionately involved with the watch and jewelry industry for over 15 years. Armed with a BA of Business Management and Entrepreneurship, he transitioned from sales to management in 2018 with Hyde Park and went on to manage Breitling, Hublot, and IWC watch boutiques before managing the Hyde Park flagship store in Scottsdale. In 2017, Paul founded the Watch Enthusiasts AZ collectors club, which is currently the largest independent watch collector's group in Arizona.

When he is not sharing his passion for luxury timepieces, he enjoys traveling, writing, and most importantly spending time with his wife Elisha, and their two children, Ayden and Kiarra.

TAWNY SERRANO

Our Assistant Boutique Manager, Tawny has nearly a decade in the luxury industry. A California native, Tawny made her way to Arizona to broaden her horizons. She found her passion for jewelry and watches as the Assistant Store Manager of Hyde Park Jewelers in Scottsdale. She likes to spend her free time with her children, Sway and Taya. 

KEITH FREDERICK

Keith was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska before moving to Arizona in 2019 in search of sunshine and palm trees. He was in the medical field for 15 years as the Lead for the Surgical Pathology Dept. In pursuit of his passion for fine timepieces, he entered the industry in 2019 with Hyde Park Jewelry. When he’s not working, he enjoys watching sports on his recliner with a nice cigar and a glass of tequila (neat) with his girlfriend Cecilia and his dog Kobe. #GBR

WILL CHILTON

Will has carried a love for fine Swiss timepieces since he was tall enough to look into to the cases at Tourneau. He started his professional career after graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in criminal justice studies. He found his start with Hyde Park Jewelers as the Brand Ambassador for Hublot timepieces in 2020. Since joining the Oliver Smith team in 2022, his ongoing apprenticeship under George Reid has further inspired a passion and expertise in the field of rare and unique timepieces. When he is not working, Will is “living the dream” with his beautiful girlfriend Rylie and their dog Cora.
